Shipping Times:

We will send your parcel within 3 days and you will receive your parcel within 7 to 14. Please note that on public holidays there may be a delay in order processing and dispatch.

*Please note very rarely shipping sometimes involves a small import charge. Ultimately the import cost is the customers responsibility to pay.

If an order is lost in transit we can re-send the package at no extra charge. Unfortunately we can not offer compensation in such instance.
